Feeding the Ducks

           One of the reasons I love living in St George is that there are so many bike trails and parks to explore. We are pretty lucky to have a trail right across the street from our house. It has been nice to go out with the girls in the evening and explore.

           The other night we headed out to feed the ducks at the fish pond down the street. When we got there, there was not a duck in sight! The girls were pretty disappointed so Joe decided to take us down to the ball fields where there is another pond. I had never been and didn't even know that it existed. There happened to be a TON of ducks who were more than willing to take bread from the girls. They both enjoyed it and weren't even afraid. I was glad that I had taken my camera. The sun was just setting....it looked beautiful. We were able to get some more pictures on the way home. I love nights like this with my little family. It makes you remember your blessings that are so easily forgotten sometimes.
