We thought it would be fun to take the girls to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights. Carol was already up there for meetings, so we packed up Terry and made the trip up. Cheryl was nice enough to let us crash at her house, and she happens to live right by a TRAX station so we walked right over and got to hitch a ride. The girls thought that was pretty neat in and of itself. It doesn't take much to impress them. Man was it cold!

The lights were beautiful. The kids enjoyed every bit of it. We all just bundled up and had a great time. It was kind of crazy because we had picked the first weekend that they had the lights lit, to go up. Bad mistake. I guess next time we know better. I can't wait till next year though. I hope we do it again!
