This year Joe and I celebrated our 9th Anniversary. In many ways it seems like it's been longer, only because I can't think of what life was like without him. In other ways, I can't believe it's already been nine years! Either way, I'm grateful for each and every one spent together. I truly have found my match in this one...
For about a year, I have been telling Joe that all I wanted to do for our Anniversary was go out to dinner at the Anasazi Steakhouse. I had heard that it was really good, but also really expensive.
Yes, this girl is satisfied with food! Crystal was nice enough to take the girls so that Joe and I could go out.
We went shopping first and he bought me some new boots, which I love.
Then we went to eat. It was amazing and I have been craving it ever since! First we ordered an appetizer cheese fondue. Joe had never had fondue before, but loved it. Then we both ordered steaks and they bring them out to you on a hot rock and you cook it yourself. It was kind of neat, but I honestly think I'd just go for the fondue again. I was stuffed by this point, but there was NO way I was going to miss out on the chocolate fondue! It was so good! I told Joe that it is a yearly tradition from now on, if I can wait that long!
