We had Macey's Birthday party at the park this year. She always puts in her requests for her birthday a whole year early! She's such a planner. We had her favorite...Hot dogs! We had family over, had good food and had lots of fun.
I can't believe she is 8 already, but it has been fun to watch her grow up. She is turning into the most beautiful young lady.
8 things we know and love about Macey
1. She is such a talented artist. She can create anything she sets her mind to. I have several books, drawings and notes that I'll treasure for forever. It is definitely one of her favorite things to do.
2. She loves her dog Pepper. She is very responsible and takes such good care of him.
3. Some of her favorite things: The color purple, her stuffed animals, fettuchine, drawing, playing school, and building forts with the couch cushions.
4. She is so into fashion right now. It kind of took me by surprise that it was starting already. She never wants to wear what Mommy picks out, it has to be custom designed by her the night before.
5. She loves her cousins and counts them as some of her best friends.
5. She is so smart! She is consistently the top reader in her class. She loves certain parts of school, but hates P.E....can't say I blame her.
6. She is such a good helper and usually does it without complaint.
7. She has the best and kindest heart. She is a good friend to others, as well as her sister.
8. She is such an example. Not only to her sister, but Joe and I as well.

Grandma Stratton made her a Barbie cake, just like she asked.
She also got her presents on her real birthday from Mom & Dad, matching outfits for her and Saige.
